Well, I am going start a new weekly post series. And guess what? It starts today. I’ll call it…The Short Throw. Get it? Like a short throw shifter…anyway. All I’m going to do is give a quick post concerning a chosen car or topic. It something that won’t take you all day to read, while still being informative. This week I’ll talk about the 2018 Rolls Royce SUV, that goes by the name of Cullinan.
The Cullinan is basically the Rolls Royce Phantom of SUVs. It’s name refers to the world’s largest rough diamond and Rolls Royce is already making some huge claims for their Bentayga fighter. I’m a nutshell, according to the boss man of Rolls Royce, Torsten Muller Otvos, “The Bentley SUV is clearly the number two; Rolls-Royce is the best in the world and will be when our model arrives.” That’s a pretty bold statement, if you ask me.
The Cullinan will have to beat the Bentayga, which is its primary competition. It will have to combat the Bentayga’s, off-road ability and on-road ability. Amenity-wise, the Cullinan probably won’t have any issues, seeing as it’s a Rolls. The Cullinan will be a “light-heavyweight”, because of an aluminum structure.
With all of that being said however, any information is purely speculation, and only time will tell what the Cullinan will bring to the table. All I can say is, just wait on it, and check back here for more information. When I get some it will be posted. Until then, stay tuned.
